Job summary

Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join our busy store. The role involves greeting customers, gathering vehicle information, recommending services, and managing service orders.

You will communicate with customers about progress, answer technical questions, and help build lasting customer relationships within a team environment. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to bend, move, lift and perform duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer that enters the facility with hospitality and respect.
• Obtain the customer and vehicle information.
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance, repairs and services based on vehicle information/history.
• Answer technical questions about problems, warranties, services and repairs.
• Oversee service orders and related documentation.
• Set service appointments and assign tasks to the service team.
• Manage the store’s workflow and delegation to technicians.
• Communicate progress of vehicles to customers and update them accordingly.
• Build long-term relationships between the store, customer and staff.

Pay: $75,000-$125,000

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
