Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join our busy store and deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience required.
• 21+ years old and valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every customer with hospitality and respect.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information for service records.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance, repairs and services.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Oversee service orders and related documentation.
• Set service appointments and assign tasks to staff.
• Manage workflow and delegations to the service technicians.
• Communicate progress to customers and build long-term relationships.

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $75,000-$125,000

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect


• Obtain the customers’ and their vehicle’s information


• Determine and recommend needed maintenance, repairs and services based on the vehicle information and history


• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs


• Oversee service orders & related documentation


• Set service appointments and assign tasks to service department employees


• Manage the store’s workflow and delegations to the service technician team


• Communicate and update customers on the progress of their vehicle


• Build long‑term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience required


• 21+ years old


• Valid driver’s license with good driving record


• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Attention to detail

• Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
