Christian Brothers Automotive in Waunakee, Wisconsin is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to greet customers, guide repairs, and manage shop workflow. You will communicate clearly with customers and team members, selling services while upholding honesty and integrity.

The role requires a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work Monday–Friday, with weekends off. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, healthcare, 401k, and ongoing training with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.
• Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in an easy-to-understand way.
• Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
• Consistently and effectively sell our services with honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
• Communicate on the phone in a clear, professional manner.
• Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer.
• Direct, coordinate and participate in customer service activities.
• Assist shuttle customers in CBA branded vehicle.
• Ensure repairs are performed to proper specifications.
• Work as a team and help other employees as needed.
