Findlay Mazda Henderson is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a full-time, commission‑only role. The position is the first point of contact with prospective customers, upholding the dealership's image and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The role involves greeting customers, explaining service opportunities, preparing estimates, scheduling appointments, and ensuring work is completed to the customer's satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers and various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Listen actively and respond to customer questions and inquiries.
• Provide thorough descriptions of service opportunities and answer related questions.
• Assess needs for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Write a detailed estimate of service repair cost and time.
• Schedule appointments and prepare service orders.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Review billing statements for accuracy.
• Ensure that work is complete and customer is completely satisfied.
