Garden City Mazda is hiring now for two experienced Service Advisors to help customers understand their car’s maintenance or repair options and answer customer questions before they’re scheduled with a technician. Formación

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Service Consultant in a dealership or independent repair facility is required.
• Experience with CDK is a plus.
• Previous sales or customer service experience in any industry is advantageous.
• A good understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work.
• Greet customers and perform initial vehicle inspections.
• Consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and potential alternatives to costly repairs.
