Job summary

Garden City Mazda is hiring two experienced Service Advisors to assist customers in understanding their car’s maintenance or repair options and answer customer questions before they’re scheduled with a technician. Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or independent repair facility.
• Experience with CDK is a plus.
• A good understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work.
• Greet customers and perform initial vehicle inspections.
• Consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and potential alternatives to costly repairs.
