ASAP Automotive & Transmission in Bear, Delaware, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy, independent shop that has operated since 1988. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a base salary plus commission.

You will greet customers, document symptoms, build repair estimates, and communicate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently. Experience with AutoLeap is a plus, and a strong focus on honesty and customer service is

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive service advising

Key Responsibilities

• Organized with the ability to manage multiple repair orders
• Comfortable using shop management software; AutoLeap experience is a plus
• Positive, team-oriented, and accountable attitude
• Independent repair shop experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $60,000-$80,000+ per year
• $70,000-$100,000+ annual earning potential
