Chapman Chrysler Jeep in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver excellent customer service throughout the service journey. You will educate clients on maintenance needs, coordinate with technicians and parts staff, and ensure a positive ownership experience from check-in to delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience required.
• Warranty claims knowledge and experience.
• Extended warranty claims processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments, ensuring an efficient service experience.
• Determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback, vehicle inspection, and current mileage, and recommend additional services.
• Create repair orders with cost and time estimates, obtain authorizations.
• Understand and administer Manufacturer and Extended Warranties during repairs.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely completion of work.
• Prioritize services and monitor progress, keeping customers updated.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
