The Opportunity

• This is a remote position.
• Candidates must reside in San Diego, CA.
• Travel up to 25% is required.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary.

Responsibilities include providing technical support such as installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service, while adhering to compliance and safety guidelines. The role involves supporting customers onsite, working with diverse teams, managing time and inventory, and traveling as needed.

Additional duties involve maintaining ownership of customer issues, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning to enhance expertise. The position reports to a Service Manager and aims to achieve team and individual goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Bio Medical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Medical Technology.
• Experience interfacing with customers.
