Job summary

Tony Hawaii Automotive Group in Waipahu, HI seeks an experienced Service Trainer to develop and coach Service Advisors across multiple locations. The role focuses on improving advisor skills, confidence, and performance while ensuring an Awesome Guest Experience on the service drive.

The trainer will conduct classroom and on-floor coaching, partner with Service Managers and Technicians, and drive improvements in guest interactions and service outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in related field (Service Advisor/Service Manager/Fixed Operations)
• 2+ years in training, coaching, or management
• Experience across multiple stores or groups preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training to improve Service Advisor knowledge, confidence, consistency, and performance.
• Coach Advisors on the Awesome Guest Experience across Service Drive interactions and follow-up.
• Reinforce ethical, guest-focused sales practices that build value and trust.
• Conduct classroom training, role-play, and real-time Service Drive observation.
• Monitor performance metrics and coach to improve CP ELR and CP Hours/RO.
• Develop and maintain training materials, scorecards, and development resources.
