Job summary

Tony Chevrolet Hilo is seeking a service advisor to support guest relations and vehicle repairs in Hilo, HI. Qualifications

• Must maintain stated minimum CC/Hours, CSI and close repair orders the day the vehicle leaves the facility.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests within a minute of arrival in a friendly manner and collects vehicle information.
• Writes up vehicle problems clearly on the repair order; test drives with guest if needed.
• Advises guests on car care and manufacturer specifications; provides written labor and parts estimates; establishes promised time.
• Checks progress of repair; communicates changes in estimate or time; obtains proper authorization for additional work.
• Reviews repair orders for completion; ensures proper closeout; manages keys and vehicle parking.
