Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related experience in automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math knowledge for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and upsell parts and services.
• Process work orders and register transactions accurately.
• Maintain shop organization and uphold safety policies.
• Follow cash, credit, refund, and return policies.
• Assist in express automotive services as needed.
