Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in service advising or related customer-service roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is a plus.
• Technically savvy and able to quickly learn computer and service scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle concerns.
• Record customer needs and scope service requirements.
• Prepare repair orders with labor and parts estimates for approval.
• Communicate inspection results and recommend corrective actions.
• Update customers on repair progress and costs; obtain authorization for additional work.
• Advise on vehicle care and preventive maintenance; schedule service appointments.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
• Implement quality control to minimize errors and enhance satisfaction.
