Dunleas of Kilcullen, a long-established leader in the Kildare automotive market, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Customer Service Manager in delivering first-class service while Maximising sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

The role contributes to the smooth running of the service department and the overall customer experience, acting as a key team member in providing high standards of service and dealer support.

Qualifications

• Experience in the motor industry is required or preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and highly organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with ability to promote services.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers booking servicing and repairs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workshop bookings.
• Prepare job cards and service estimates; obtain customer approval.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely repairs.
• Update customers on progress and any additional requirements.
• Process invoices and payments at vehicle collection.
• Maintain accurate service records and comply with standards.
• Promote additional services and dealership offers.
