Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Automotive Service Advisor or service writer.
• Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to explain repairs clearly and earn approvals.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems across domestic and import vehicles.
• Experience with Tekmetric, RO Writer, Mitchell, Shop-Ware or similar.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented, dependable, organized, and motivated to earn.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
• Write and manage repair orders, present recommendations, and provide accurate estimates.
• Build strong customer relationships through transparency, communication, and follow-through.
• Work closely with technicians to keep workflow efficient and repairs moving on schedule.
• Track approvals, follow up consistently, and help hit daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while driving strong ARO and overall shop performance.
• Keep the front counter organized, professional, and running smoothly.
