Qualifications

• Service advisor or strong customer service / sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical work in terms customers understand.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and conduct a thorough write-up.
• Document customer concerns clearly for accurate diagnosis.
• Present services with honesty and supporting evidence.
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving.
• Drive customer-pay sales and maintain CSI.
