Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York in York, PA is seeking an energetic service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee service orders and drive lane flow, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous service and clear updates on repairs.

We offer a commission-based pay structure ($40,000 - $80,000 potential annually), full-time hours including some Saturdays, PTO and holidays, and a strong benefits package with 401(k) company matching.

Qualifications

• Proven record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
