Job summary

Heritage Mazda Towson, part of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer for our busy Service Department. You will greet customers and consult on vehicle service needs, and help communicate manufacturer warranty specifications.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive service writing is preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic car functions and operations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
