Job summary

Heritage Mazda Catonsville is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our busy service department. You will greet customers and consult on service needs while coordinating estimates and appointments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dealership service writing experience, familiarity with Reynolds Ignite is a plus, and solid MS Office and math skills. We offer training, mentoring, career growth, and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership experience in automotive service writing.
• Reynolds Ignite experience, preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills.
• Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications.
• Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates.
• Address and resolve customer complaints
