Veero Ford & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Morris is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. You’ll be the primary link between customers and the shop, guiding repairs, communicating recommendations, and ensuring timely, quality work.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for data-driven service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
• Build and manage repair orders
• Provide clear estimates, timelines, and repair recommendations
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep customers updated regularly on repair status
• Review completed work for accuracy and quality
• Assist with warranty documentation and approvals
• Follow up with customers after service visits
