Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally during check-in.
• Conduct detailed reviews of scheduled maintenance and repair needs.
• Analyze diagnostic reports and recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Communicate repair timelines, pricing, and service updates clearly and professionally.
• Manage multiple open repair orders at once with thorough follow-up.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide frequent updates to customers via phone, text, and email.
• Maintain detailed documentation and transaction accuracy.
