Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Omaha, NE. The role serves as the liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring exceptional service and timely maintenance/repairs while coordinating estimates, parts, and scheduling.

The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday with long hours, competitive compensation, and a broad benefits package including health, life, retirement, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and collects vehicle information.
• Writes up customers' vehicle problems on repair orders.
• Advises customers on car care per manufacturers' specs and technicians' findings.
• Inspects vehicles for body work needs and provides estimates for body work.
