Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor for our Arlington Heights CDJR location. You will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and use technology.
• Automotive Service Advisor experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to address vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Provide timely and clear communication to customers throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and colleagues.
• Utilize fixed Operations technology for service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
