• Oversee flow of the Service Drive, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer experience by completing tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
