SONS Automotive Group in Montgomery, AL is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our dealership service departments. You will handle the service drive flow, ensure prompt, courteous care, and take ownership of the customer experience from first contact to final delivery.

Ideal candidates bring prior dealership Service Advisor experience, strong customer service and sales abilities, and a proactive, self-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee flow of the Service Drive and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and complete assignments to create a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of the Service Drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

• Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
