Formación

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems; training available for the right candidate.
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software preferred.
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish.
• Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues clearly, and communicate repair recommendations.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Provide accurate estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed and future maintenance needs.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs.
• Monitor open repair orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repair orders, invoices, and service history.
• Promote recommended services and maintenance while maintaining customer trust.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, warranty requirements, and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining department productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Work collaboratively with parts, sales, and management teams.
