You will greet customers, obtain vehicle information, prepare repair orders, and explain services and costs to ensure they get back on the road safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
• Tekion/CDK experience a PLUS and basic computer experience required.
• Must understand automotive service and repair procedures.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Obtain vehicle information to provide customers with accurate estimates.
• Prepare repair orders.
• Explain services and associated costs.
• Follow-up with customers regarding their service visits.
• Handle customer complaints in a polite and understanding way.
• Update customers on the status of their vehicle repair.
• Generate additional sales revenue through sales presentations.
