You will be the voice of the shop, driving revenue while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to close sales, and superior multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment. Training provided; weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, service advisor, or customer-facing experience is preferred (automotive background helpful but not required).
• Strong communication and closing skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge (training provided).
• Comfortable using POS systems and computers.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility for retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the counter: greet customers, assess concerns, and lead confident sales conversations.
• Sell maintenance and repair services: present inspections clearly and turn recommendations into approved work.
• Drive results: improve ARO, service conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Build trust: listen to customer needs, explain repairs clearly, and follow up on estimates.
• Create accurate repair orders: document tickets, source parts, and communicate timelines.
• Partner with technicians to ensure thorough inspections and clear documentation.
• Close the loop: provide updates, handle objections, and secure approvals.
• Maintain standards: support cleanliness, organization, and professional shop appearance.
