Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in service or automotive is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing sales experience.
• General automotive knowledge with training provided.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic reporting.
• Leadership potential and team-building mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead at the counter, selling maintenance and repair services with confidence.
• Drive daily results and execute strategies to improve metrics.
• Coach service advisors and technicians on communication and performance.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through listening and follow-up.
• Perform inspections and present recommendations clearly to customers.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and shop organization.
• Step in to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Assist with daily reports, scheduling, and KPI tracking.
