Job summary

Mesquite Kia is seeking an experienced automotive service advisor to join our on-site Mesquite, TX dealership. You will communicate with customers, estimate repairs, inspect vehicles, and develop service plans to meet needs while driving sales.

Requires 2+ years in automotive service, knowledge of automotive systems, familiarity with DMS, and a valid driver's license. We offer Total Rewards and a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to match peak demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive service environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and software.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand service needs and provide accurate estimates for repairs.
• Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and document findings.
• Develop and implement service plans to meet customer needs and increase sales.
• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service plans, and repair orders.
