Precision Tune Auto Care NC is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers in our Morrisville/NC location. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of automotive service/advisor role or 1-2+ years in sales or customer service.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
