Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive in Baton Rouge, LA (14455 Airline Hwy) is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Estimator / Customer Service Representative to guide guests through the repair process and keep them informed about status and pricing. You will build digital vehicle inspections, source parts, update job boards, and communicate with technicians and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an automotive customer service role or automotive service writing/advisor/sales role.
• Upbeat and positive personality.
• Ability to handle stress and stressful situations.
• Current driver’s license.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and edit Digital Vehicle Inspections and Estimates.
• Source parts and build estimates.
• Update Job Board Promise Times and Job Status Categories.
• Communicate with Techs regarding inspections and proposed repairs.
• Communicate with Vendors regarding parts.
• Front‑end parts reconciliation (receiving and returning).
• Prepare phone estimates.
• Greet customers entering the facility with hospitality and respect.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere and professional communication.
