Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience is required.
• CDK, Xtime, and TSD experience preferred.
• Product knowledge and strong client interaction skills are essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on the care and value of maintaining their vehicles per manufacturer specs.
• Generate and provide customers with complete estimates of repair.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times with customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls and maintain service appointments.
• Follow procedures for customer post follow-up to drive return visits and CSI.
• Comply with warranty guidelines and protect all customer, company, and manufacturer information.
