Ideal candidates will understand mechanical operations, provide accurate estimates, schedule appointments, and contribute to a high CSI. This full-time role offers onboarding, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.
• Working knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on maintenance and repairs.
• Compute cost of parts and labor to restore vehicle.
• Enter itemized estimates on service orders and explain to customers.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Meet dealership standards for repair and order production.
