You will play an active role in the service lane by offering excellent service and guidance to maintain each vehicle in top condition. Prior advisor experience is a plus but not required; background checks may be conducted.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and clear communication.
• Tech-savvy; ability to learn and use dealership software.
• Previous automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Provide timely, proactive communication to customers throughout service.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Utilize dealership Fixed Operations technology.
