Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at Napleton's Lexus of Wayzata to liaise between customers and technicians, recommending vehicle repairs and presenting clear cost/time estimates. The role emphasizes excellent service, strong communication, and staying current with Fixed Operations technology in a fast-paced service lane.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Tech Savvy - able to learn and utilize technology.
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen per policy.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
• Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated.
• Communicate frequently with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
