• Dependable, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and discuss vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Interpret customer concerns and communicate vehicle issues to technicians.
• Estimate the cost and time required for a wide range of automotive repairs.
• Develop detailed repair estimates considering labor, materials, and supplies.
• Prepare and manage repair orders by accurately documenting vehicle problems and symptoms.
• Advise customers on proper vehicle maintenance and care.
