Job summary

You will greet clients, relay vehicle concerns, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs while maintaining clear communication throughout the service journey.

Ideal candidates have automotive service knowledge, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with computer applications and dealership management systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
• Document service requests and vehicle symptoms accurately.
• Conduct walk-around inspections and communicate recommended repairs.
• Explain estimates and timelines transparently.
• Coordinate with the team to complete repairs timely.
• Maintain open communication with customers throughout service.
