Job summary

Sunset Kia of Venice, part of Sunset Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to deliver outstanding service to our valued customers. You will be the primary liaison between customers and the service team and communicate repair needs clearly.

Strong customer service, solid automotive knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with new and existing clients are required. Reynolds & Reynolds and x-time experience is helpful; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience advising automotive service customers and developing relationships with new and existing customers required.
• Reynolds & Reynolds and x-time experience very helpful.

Responsibilities

• As the point of contact for automotive service customers, show outstanding customer service.
• Use active listening to engage and understand the customer's vehicle issues and concerns.
• Create repair order and communicate vehicle needs clearly to service technician.
• Communicate vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customer. Advise and sell needed work.
• Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customer updated.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner at all times.
