Job summary

You’ll prepare written labor and parts estimates, schedule appointments, hand repair orders to technicians, keep customers updated on progress, and ensure invoices match work performed. A valid driver’s license and customer-service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• 1–2 years of service advisor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly with a friendly greeting.
• Document customer details accurately for records.
• Provide a written bill for labor and parts and suggest additional services.
• Coordinate and confirm customer appointments and repair estimates.
• Deliver repair orders to technicians with clear communication.
• Update customers on progress and outcomes during repairs.
• Ensure final invoices match work performed and payments received.
• Assist with delivering vehicles after payment and coordination.
