Qualifications

• 1+ year of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ year automotive technician experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services by identifying performance issues and service needs.
• Serve as liaison between customer and technician to ensure understanding of needed services.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment.
• Prepare repair orders and enter RO into the service system.
• Communicate additional service needs and timelines to customers.
• Administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying repairs.
• Keep customers informed of service specials, completion times, and costs.
