Findlay Toyota Spokane is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and our service department. You will assess vehicle concerns, explain recommended services and pricing, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

A focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience is essential. Candidates with customer service or automotive service advisor experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and a valid in-state drivers license; MVR check and background/drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and listen to vehicle concerns.
• Explain recommended services, options and pricing clearly to customers.
• Communicate vehicle issues and recommended repairs to customers accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate service progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Promote additional services and products to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records and documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
