Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.

Mansioni

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote services and build rapport with customers.
• Advise on vehicle care per manufacturer specs.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Set and communicate repair completion times.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments.
• Follow up to drive repeat visits and CSI.
• Follow warranty guidelines and policies.
• Safeguard customer, company, and vehicle information.
