Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical automotive terms into simple concepts that customers understand.
• Proficiency with AutoServe software and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, document exact vehicle symptoms or requests, and perform initial inspections.
• Help manage the shop's appointment calendar to maintain steady workflow.
• Educate customers on tire options, fitment, treadwear, and maintenance needs.
• Create accurate estimates, check parts availability, and present repair recommendations clearly.
• Provide regular status updates to clients regarding vehicle progress and revised completion times.
• Process invoices, collect payments, handle cash drawer, and assist with inventory/warranty paperwork.
