Fields Chrysler Jeep Ram is actively seeking an ambitious Service Technician to join our dealership team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle systems while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with clients and teammates.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on repair experience, a strong understanding of diagnostics, electrical and engine work, plus a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Service technician in automotive repair required.
• Diagnostic, electrical and engine repair skills expected.
• Strong customer service mindset and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order efficiently and to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to verify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
• Complete repairs under warranty following manufacturer specifications.
