Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• 3+ years working directly with CDJR transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and AC.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional repairs and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
