Job summary

Truck Center Companies is seeking a Service Advisor in Fairmont, WV to provide exemplary service and manage repair orders from intake to completion.

You will schedule appointments, input customer data, and follow up during repairs, explaining any additional work and costs. This role is full-time with a base plus commission, offering comprehensive benefits and an on-site work environment in Fairmont, WV.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent reading skills and legible handwriting.
• Must have familiarity with computers.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude to our customer.
• Enter customer information in repair order.
• Schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customer throughout repairs.
• If additional work is needed, explain the details to the customer, including additional costs and time.
• Inform customer of completion and provide completed repair order.
