Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics concepts for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store.
• Schedule appointments, upsell parts and services, and communicate timelines.
• Manage work order and register transactions and maintain shop organization.
• Follow policies on cash, credit, and refunds and address customer issues.
• Perform express automotive services and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
