Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Carvana Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram locations. You will be the primary contact for service customers, guide them through maintenance and repair, and liaise between technicians and customers. Pay: $26-$30 per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting concerns, advising on services, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive dealership.
• Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram models is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency with dealership DMS and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Consult with customers to understand vehicle concerns and document issues on ROs.
• Advise customers on recommended services based on OEM guidelines and findings.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding repair status and delays.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts dept, and service manager to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure warranty and manufacturer processes are followed.
• Assist with loaner or shuttle coordination and vehicle walk-arounds.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
