Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service customers at Carvana Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. You will guide them through maintenance and repair, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and acting as the liaison between technicians and customers.

Pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, and you’ll join a fast-paced team focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ASM, or similar role in automotive settings.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems; Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high standards.
• Proficiency with dealership DMS and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
• Consult with customers to understand concerns and document issues on RO.
• Advise on recommended services per OEM guidelines and findings.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work.
• Maintain communication with customers about repair status and delays.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service manager for timely work.
• Ensure warranty and manufacturer processes are followed.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and assist with loaner/shuttle coordination.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect surveys.
